ARO Group Services LLC offers document preparation and consultancy services in the areas of immigration, business and accounting. Our services include, among others, the preparation of USCIS forms, the creation of businesses and tax advice. Additionally, we provide a case follow-up guide that consults the USCIS public API.

3- Renunciation of Liability and Important Statements

We are not a legal package and we do not offer legal advice: ARO Group Services LLC is not a legal package, and our employees do not act as above. Our form preparation and consultation services do not replace the advice of an abogado. The information provided has informative and assistance purposes in the preparation of documents. We recommend that you consult a qualified immigration officer to obtain legal advice on your specific case.

Accuracy of Customer Information: The outcome and precision of the forms and services depend entirely on the veracity and accuracy of the information that you provide us. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documents supplied are correct, complete and truthful. We are not responsible for errors, omissions or negative results resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Not Guaranteed Results: We do not guarantee the results of anything solicited or through government agencies such as USCIS or the IRS. Decisions about the case are made exclusively by these entities. Our prices include the preparation and management service, not the final result of the request.

4- Responsibilities of the User

You are committed to providing precise, complete and truthful information regarding the performance of the services.

We are responsible for reviewing all documents and forms prepared by us prior to shipment to verify their accuracy.

You are committed to not using the Service unless it is illegal or unauthorized.

5- Pagos y Reembolsos

The rates for our services must be paid in advance. Once we begin to work on this case, the rates for the services provided are not refundable, regardless of the result of your solicitation before the government agency.

6- Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARO Group Services LLC, its affiliates and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including, among others, damages for decisions made by agencies gubernamentals or incorrect information provided to the user.

7- Changes in these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by publishing the new terms on this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you via the electronic mail associated with your account so that you can review them. Continued use of the service after notification will constitute acceptance of the change information.
